This cluster aims particularly to develop and conceptualize the practice of microcredit and transferring know-how skills acquired through the actors experience in the field of microcredit.
The training program was developed in a chronological approach to various modules, preparing directly to professional life, both in content and in the practical approach of seminars. It is intended for anyone who desires to deepen his knowledge according to the powers and needs related to their duties. It will have the opportunity to acquire these skills by attending training and being part of the most qualified staff in the sector.
The target is defined for all modules depending on the training needs of microfinance institutions and a desire to develop their coaching staff, goals then correspond to different improvements that these executives will be able to apply in their business, after attending the training sessions which the CMS offers them.
The training offered by the CMS consists of different themes based on the practices experienced and well-known worldwide. To this end, the CMS established in close collaboration with actors of Microfinance an annual training plan that allows the implementation of specific or general actions on behalf of all field staff and coaching.
Infrastructure dedicated to training, includes an amphitheater with a capacity of 120 seats, 10 training rooms, three multipurpose rooms multimedia, and a room for staff training.
- Share in the development of operating and managerial skills of AMCs;
- Train qualified trainers, to have sufficient resources that will support training on both regional and local levels;
- Encourage the transfer of knowledge and know-how between national and international AMCs;
- Provide the AMCs with the center infrastructure to organize their own training activities.
